Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3–7 business days within the country. International shipping may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
